📦 Delivery
What are the delivery times?
France: 3 to 5 working days via Mondial Relay or Colissimo.
Europe: 5 to 10 working days.
UK & International: 7 to 14 working days depending on destination.
Is international delivery available?
Yes! We ship throughout Europe, the UK, Switzerland, and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my pouch?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to return your item to us, in its original condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
My pouch is defective, what should I do?
Contact us at aurelie.bailliat@gmail.com with a photo of the defect. We will find a solution quickly!
🧵 Care & Materials
How do I care for my pouch?
Hand wash or machine wash at 30°C maximum, on a delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry. Iron at low temperature if necessary.
Are the fabrics durable?
Our pouches are made with carefully selected quality fabrics. With proper care, they will last you many years!

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are secure.
Is my data secure?
Yes, our shop uses SSL protocol and we do not store any banking data. Your personal information is processed in accordance with GDPR.
😄 Existential Questions
Am I obliged to put a book in my pouch?
Absolutely not. A notebook, earphones, sweets... anything is allowed.
What is the limit of pouches one can own?
Scientists are still working on it. While awaiting their conclusions, we advise you to keep ordering. Just in case.
Can my pouch replace my handbag?
For daily essentials, yes. For a month's groceries, we recommend an extra bag.
Can I just look at it without using it?
That is your absolute right. They are pretty, after all.
Can I order one for my cat?
We haven't tested it yet, but we're all for it.
